Terms and Refund Policy

  1. Once you have selected a product(s) that you wish to order via www.rtpastry.com , it will show the charges you have to pay, which include taxes (if applicable) and delivery charges (if selected).
  2. Customer shall make full payment at the last part of ordering process, by providing your credit card/debit card and/or other payment details to the financial institutions acceptable to us.
  3. We shall not be obliged to supply the product(s) to you until we have accepted your order. Once payment is successful, we shall be legally bound to supply the product(s) to you.
  4. Customer shall receive an “Order Confirmation” email to prove that we’ve received your order.
  5. We reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions from time to time.
  1. You will receive an “Order Confirmation” email once you’ve placed your order. Kindly contact us by call +6017-810 0662 or Facebook PM us if you didn’t receive the email.
  1. Yes, you can cancel your order up till 48 hours before/prior delivery time. We will not accept any cancellation after and the buyer shall decide on necessary amendments with our customer service representative. For cancellation refunds, we will refund the amount via bank transfer within 21 working days ±.
  2. You may cancel your order by emailing to info@rtpastry.com or contact customer careline at 017-810 0662  (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Please check your item(s) upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damage or wrong item(s), and we can evaluate the issue and revert soonest possible. If complaint is made within 24 hours from the delivery time and you are eligible to request refund, else we will not be responsible for refund or product(s) exchange or replacement due to many factors can be affecting the product(s) quality, taste, overall presentation, etc. 
  1. If the item(s) ordered are not collected within the stipulated time, they will be disposed off without any compensation.
  2. To collect your item(s), kindly show us “Order Confirmation” email in soft copy (hard copy & screenshot are not acceptable).
  3. If you are unable to collect the item(s) in person, you may authorise a representative to collect on behalf. Your authorised representative has to show us original “Order Confirmation” email in order to collect the item(s).
  1. We strive to deliver your item(s) on time. However, delivery may be affected by traffic jam, weather and etc. But rest assured, we will try our best to deliver the item(s) to you on time. If for any reason, we made a mistake and deliveries don’t turn up as per request, please contact the selected outlet, customer careline at 017-810 0662 or via email info@shop.rtpastry.com to inform us.
  • Only the basic personal information such as Customer Name, Contact Details, Delivery Address, Billing Address and Email Address is required. We will not share or sell any personal information provided by our customers. All personal information collected will strictly be used to serve our customers better:
    1. For delivering of Online Orders
    2. To inform and update the delivery process
    3. Provision of more information and other online services on our website
    4. Verify and proceed with any online financial transaction made on our website
